I would prefer the stores in a Word doc format attached to an email with the photos. Please keep the the images and text seperate. It makes building the web pages easier. Just put a place marked within the story where the photos should be placed.
Submit pictures in Jpeg format. 640x480 seems to be a good size. If you don't have the capabilities to resize a photo I'll take care of it.
